Pricing and Refunds Policy
Pricing Policy
1. Real-Time Market Prices & Pricing Source
-
Gold prices are updated in real-time based on international gold rates and SafeGold’s pricing model.
-
Prices are locked for a limited period upon initiating a transaction. If a transaction is not completed within this period, a new price will apply.
2. Charges & Fees
-
Prices displayed include platform charges, but may exclude applicable taxes, withdrawal, and delivery fees.
-
Any additional fees will be disclosed before confirming the transaction.
3. No Liability for Price Changes
-
Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed due to market fluctuations.
-
neki.digital is not responsible for pricing discrepancies caused by SafeGold or third-party service interruptions.
4. Service Disruptions & Temporary Price Unavailability
-
If SafeGold’s pricing feed is unavailable due to technical issues, transactions may be temporarily paused until normal operations resume.
-
neki.digital is not liable for any loss due to transaction delays caused by system outages or SafeGold’s backend failures.
Refunds Policy
All transactions conducted through neki.digital are final and non-refundable, except in cases where SafeGold fails to complete an order due to technical or compliance-related reasons.
1. No Cancellations or Refunds
-
Once a digital gold purchase or sale is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.
-
Refunds are not permitted due to market volatility and SafeGold’s policies.
2. Failed Transactions & System Errors
-
If a transaction fails due to a technical issue on SafeGold’s system, any debited amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
-
Customers must report failed transactions within 24 hours via the support channel for resolution.
3. Disputes & Chargebacks
-
If a dispute arises, neki.digital will work with SafeGold to investigate and resolve the issue.
-
Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.
4. Special Cases
-
Refunds may be considered only in cases of fraud, duplicate transactions, or regulatory compliance orders.
-
SafeGold will determine whether a refund is applicable in such scenarios.
