Users acknowledge that neki.digital acts as a technology platform and does not directly hold or manage gold assets. All transactions on the Platform are subject to applicable laws and regulations in India.

3. Eligibility

By using our Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

• You have completed the necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including submitting your Aadhaar number and bank details.

• You are using the Platform solely for personal savings and investment purposes.

 

4. User Obligations

As a user of neki.digital, you agree to:

• Use the Platform in good faith and for lawful purposes only.

• Provide accurate and complete KYC information.

• Not engage in unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful activities that could damage the business, its reputation, or other users.

• Not manipulate transactions or attempt to unlawfully enrich yourself using the Platform.

• Ensure that all actions taken on the Platform comply with applicable financial regulations.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or other force majeure events.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold neki.digital, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

• Once a purchase or sale of digital gold is confirmed, it is final and cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

• Any disputes regarding transactions should be reported within 24 hours.

Any disputes regarding such matters must be directly addressed with the respective third-party service provider.

15. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
